  • Refunds: Unless otherwise stated, session fees are non‑refundable. However, we may offer rescheduling at our discretion.
  • Cancellations by Us: In rare cases, we may need to reschedule or cancel a session. If this happens, we will notify you and offer an alternative appointment or a refund.
